1, Download and install DM 5,
2, Download the file policy.bin and save it in directory (C:Program FilesResearch In MotionBlackBerry)
3, Wipe ur BB, creating a backup if necessary. Select Options/Security/Wipe Or Options/Security Options/General Settings/Wipe
4, Go Start Menu select Run Then type regedit and go HKEY_Current_UsersSoftwareResearch In MotionBlackBerryPolicyManager
Right-Click the Policy Manager Folder and select New/String Value. Name the value Path. Now, Double-Click the Path Subkey and set Value Data to:
C:Program FilesResearch In MotionBlackBerrypolicy.bin
5. Open the Desktop Manager, Connect the Device.Wait for Verification
Done !
