Sony Ericsson Spiro W100i Volume Up Down Button Switch Repair Manual
The volume up and down switches of Sony Ericsson Spiro W100i and W100a is connected to the Keypad filter IC and associated the keypad keys 1, 4, 7 and * star. If both said keypad keys also doesnt work, you may then consider that the problem lies on a faulty EMI filter IC. Replacing it might well fix the problem.
