1. First things first, check if the media transfer mode is enabled.
2. On your Home Lcd, tap on the Menu icon.
3. Select Settings > Xperia > USB connectivity.
4. Then tap the paired device that you want to connect to under Trusted devices.
5. Tap connect.

If you want to disconnect, just tap on the paired device and tap Disconnect.

If you want to remove the paired device, tap on the paired device you want to remove and select Forget.

Restoring the default settings or factory reset your LG Optimus L5 Dual will delete all your existing files. It is recommended to backup your important files on your computer before attempting to reset your device.

The steps below are the instructions on how to factory reset your LG Optimus L5 Dual:

Step 1. On your Homescreen, tap on MENU icon.

Step 2. Select Settings, then select Privacy option.

Step 3. Then tap on Factory Data Reset.

Step 4. Read warning carefully before tapping the Reset phone.

How to Hard Reset HTC One E8 Dual Sim Using Buttons

If HTC One (E8) has a persistent problem that cannot be solved, you can perform the hard reset (hard reset or master reset). A hard reset reverts the phone back to its initial state — the state before you turned on the phone for the first time.

The following will be removed from the phone when you do a hard reset:

   - Your Google Account

   - All accounts youve added in Settings > Accounts & sync and the data associated with these accounts

   - Personal data that youve created or synced to the phone such as your profile, contacts, messages, email, calendar events, and more.

   - System and application data and settings

   - Downloaded apps

Files such as your music, photos, videos, and documents can also be deleted from the storage, if you chose to do so.

Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a hard reset.

Performing the Hard Reset 

1. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button.

2. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons.

3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.
