ASUS P565 Hard Reset Restore Default Factory Settings

This instructions or tutorial for owner of Asus P565 especially about hard reset guide or about how to restore default / factory settings in the Asus P565 phone. Ok, before you do it, there are some that need attention:

The first, backup your important data into memory external before restoring to the default settings. Then dont forget always remove the microSD card from the device before restoring your phone.

Follow this instructions to ASUS P565 default factory settings:
First, press and hold UP key
Then press RESET at same time. Press Call key to confirm, End key to cancel
This option allows you to restore the device system to its default factory settings.

To restore default settings:
1. Tap > Settings > System tab > Default Settings.
2. Enter 1234 in the Password field and tap OK to confirm that you want to restore to default settings.
3. Tap Yes to start restoring

Precautions: Performing hard reset process will delete or wipe all data from the. We highly recommend to have a back up copy of all your important files stored on the device.

Motorola DROID X2 Factory/Soft Reset:

On the main Home Screen,
->select MENU
->select SETTINGS-> PRIVACY
->select FACTORY DATA RESET
->select RESET PHONE
->Enter the password
->select ERASE EVERYTHING

If the Motorola DROID X2 is frozen: this may sometimes occurs when running multiple applications and the device become unresponsive, you may fix this by rebooting the device or removing the battery for a while. But if the problem still persist you may need to full factory reset the device.

select Apps from home screen or press Menu Key
select Settings
select Backup & reset
select Factory data reset
select Reset device
select Delete all

Hard reset via external hardware keys by entering android system recovery

Turn off the device
Press dan hold Volume Up button and Power Button simultaneously till the screen turns up and Samsung logo blinks for two times.
Then release the power key but keep the Volume Up key pressed till you see Android system recovery screen.
select wipe data / factory reset using Volume Down key to highlight.
Press home key.
select reboot system now
Press home key.

Only do this if you can not do it via Setting menu.

Performing Soft Reset

If your phone or tab hangs or does not responding, try to Press and hold power key about 10 seconds. It will rebooting automatically. Or try to remove and re insert the battery and SIM Card ( If available ).
